We care so much about excellent customer protection and guarantees that all products will be received by customers without defects and/or damages. However we guarantee to replace at our expenses defective or damaged products, if any received by the customer. Replacement will be provided after the damaged or defective product that was bought from EcoquestFreshAir.com is returned to us. Defective or damaged items must be sent back to our stock within 7 (seven) days from the date items were received by the customer. We do not accept returns for reasons other than defective or damaged items. EcoquestFreshAir.com could not be responsible for damage occurred during return shipping by customer to our stock. If a customer cancels the order for any reason before the order has been shipped out, full refund will be issued and no questions asked. If a customer decides to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all the orders.
Our customer service representative should approve all returns. No return will be accepted without approval. Items with no approval will be refused and will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
